Prime Minister Barzani received a Dutch delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Stef Blok. He praised the people and the government of the Kurdistan Region, especially the Peshmerga, for hosting and assisting a large number of IDPs and refugees.
He assured the continued assistance of his government regarding the humanitarian and the military aspects. Moreover, he highlighted the economic opportunities that are present in the Region, particulary in agriculture.
Prime Minister Barzani emphasised the strengthening of trade and investment relations between the Kurdistan Region and the Netherlands, stressing the fact that the KRG provides favourable conditions for foreign investments.
