The Kurdistan Region Council of Ministers strongly condemns the terrorist blast which took place today in Ainkawa district, where civilians were targeted.
In addition to its barbarity, this terrorists’ cowardly act is further evidence of their decline in the face of the Kurdistan Peshmerga forces and resilient people. This crime, like any other terrorists’ crime, only strengthens our determination to confront and eradicate them.
The Kurdistan Region Council of Ministers expresses its deepest sympathies and condolences to the families of the martyrs of this terrorist crime and wishes a prompt recovery for those injured.
We reaffirm that we will continue our fight against terrorism until its final defeat and elimination.
